Fire-rated roller shutters provide a tough physical barrier made of interlocking steel slats and can offer everyday security as well as fire protection.
They are tested and certified to BS EN 16034 and BS EN 1634-1, with integrity ratings from 60 minutes (E60) and 120 minutes (E120) up to 240 minutes (E240) — that’s up to four hours of fire resistance. Regular servicing keeps that protection certified and ready to perform.
