The Enquiry- Aluminium Door Replacement:

We were contacted by a local authority customer who were having issues at a property. One of their communal doors was subject to vandalism which was affecting its multipoint locking system.

• Door Support put forward a solution to replace the existing UPVC door with a new Aluminium Door with high security electric locking. A site survey and meeting was arranged to confirm the customer’s requirements for operation.
• Aesthetically pleasing and with the customer’s choice of colour, the new door was installed by our expert engineers and connected to their intercom system.
• The high security electric lock releases quickly when opened by a resident, whilst also being resistant to break in attempts.
• This door has worked well since, and no call outs have since been required.
