Ensure Compliance with Our Automatic Door Maintenance Services
It is a recommendation of BS EN 16005:2023 – Power Operated Pedestrian Doorsets, that an authorised technician regularly maintains automatic doors. Fully trained in BS 7036 and BS EN 16005, our team of experienced and qualified Service Technicians will ensure that your automatic doors are operating correctly, mechanically safe and comply with all relevant safety standards.
Planned Maintenance
During our visit, we will conduct thorough safety and maintenance checks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments as needed. After the inspection, you will receive a Certificate of Conformity, which confirms whether the door meets the necessary safety and performance standards. A detailed report will also be provided, outlining any comments or recommendations for improvements.
We recommend bi-annual maintenance visits for most automatic doors, with more frequent checks for high-traffic areas. You can choose a contract with an agreed-upon budget to cover most repairs during scheduled visits. For added peace of mind, you can also opt for 24/7 emergency call-out service for quick response to unexpected issues.
Reactive Maintenance
We also offer reactive maintenance visits for both new and existing customers. When your door malfunctions or breaks down, our team of engineers will promptly respond. In most cases, our technicians can repair your door during the initial visit. However, if further work or parts are required, we will provide a detailed quotation to ensure you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
Our goal is to get your door back to full operational status as quickly as possible.
